Primarily responsible for managing a complex project to
successful implementation. This includes assessing variances from the
project plan, gathering metrics and developing and implementing changes as
necessary ensuring that the projects remain within specified scope and within
time, cost and quality objectives.

including P&L, definition of requirements, design, development, and
implementation. Work with Area Manager to develop project milestones,

modernization/modification fin the Washington, Oregon and Idaho Markets.

Provide post construction support including Quality audit,
punch list, battery test, inspection and acceptance.

Attained hardware acceptance and ensured all deliverables
and supporting documents necessary to attain acceptance are completed and
submitted in a timely manner.

Responsible for the delivery of defect-free services to
the customer. Quality assurance of built product and that
competence lapses receive immediate attention and are promptly and
permanently rectified. Determined quality performance by self audit results as
published monthly in the project quality report.
·
Responsible for monitoring implementation progress,
reporting performance against the schedule, and for identifying obstacles to
performance. Report on a daily basis and addresses a full range of
issues including, inventory, logistics, site readiness, facilities
availability, support, resources, and quality. Monitor the submission and
processing of Fault and Discrepancy reports to ensure the prompt reporting
and replacement of missing and/or defective materials.

Responsible that all installation, test, and inspection
results are logged to the appropriate section of the Site Folder and that all
required supporting documentation necessary to achieve invoicing is complete
and available. Ensure that reports, correspondence, and technical
records are promptly and accurately archived and distributed.
·
Coordinated and assisted in the delivery of hardware to
site. This includes obtaining access to the site, performing physical
delivery tasks, inventory of delivered hardware and documenting any defects
or discrepancies detected as a result of delivery.
